2. MEMBERS... select up to THREE PRODUCTS. Remember there are TWO Rx products. One is Rx only with over 2,000 meds at $10 or $20 and the other program is the Pharmacy PLUS with other benefits and discounts for Rx.

THE PLAN MEMBER IS OBLIGATED TO PAY FOR ALL HEALTH CARE SERVICES BUT WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNT FROM THOSE HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS WHO HAVE CONTRACTED WITH THE DISCOUNT PLAN ORGANIZATION.
